The staff is amazing. Joel helped in during my check-in process. He made sure I got the best room, answered questions about transportation and things to do, and when I told him this was a birthday trip, he offered birthday gifts!! It just made my stay so much more pleasant! The cleaning staff is also very prompt and does a great job. The room is very comfortable and offered a gorgeous mountain view. In terms of amenities, the outdoor hot tub is heaven, and I appreciated the free parking. The hotel is not quite in city center, but if you’re moving around to other areas a lot, it’s perfect being right off of the freeway. The restaurant (Juniper Bistro) is also lovely, and the breakfast staff in particular is so kind and attentive.

The rooms could be updated a bit in terms of the carpet and furniture. It is also a bit pricey, but I guess for this area, it’s average.

Cozy and clean hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Shuttle to downtown was convenient. Great views and wonderful breakfast at restaurant.

Booked a "chalet". Photos from hotel listing gave impression of new, stylish, and elegant furnishings. We found stained sofas, highly worn (as in paint/stain worn away or chipped off) dining table and chairs, and other furniture in living area also showing more wear than it should. The single bathroom (intended for up to 6 guests) was tiny. There was one dresser in the master bedroom and a locked closet, so no place to hang clothes. If you are after a rustic getaway, maybe you overlook this, but for us it was a big disappointment especially for the price. On the positive side, housekeeping was good and the kitchen in the unit was well equipped with new cabinets.
