Great value for the money, friendly staff, clean room, great location, included breakfast with free parking were the icing on the cake! We had an amazing stay at Clifton Victoria, Niagara Falls
Thank you!
Sauna takes long time to warm up.

We loved the overall experience at the hotel, more than because of the hospitality we received from the staff, especially Ally at the front desk. He gave us an upgrade for the room with bunk bed as it was my son's birthday and also decorated for him, which made his day. Will definitely recommend and go back again on my next visit to Niagara Falls.
The breakfast buffet options could be better in terms of more protein.

The staff was very friendly and the atrium is very cute and has a nice atmosphere. Our room was a good size and the bathroom had a lot of counter space. We also liked the gift shop located in the building, and the woman working there was beyond friendly!
Breakfast was not the best, specifically the egg sandwiches. I would prefer a classic continental style breakfast instead. I also noticed the floor in our room was not thoroughly mopped and the shower walls still had soap scum on them. The mattresses were very uncomfortable as well.

Location
No gym, small pool, mediocre breakfast, my room didn't get cleaned after our first night
