Excellent customer service, beds, and cleanliness.
The hotel was under renovations, so there was no pool or workout facility. This information was, however, posted on the hotel website and we purchased our rooms through Expedia. In the future, I would recommend checking the website before booking on a third party site like Expedia.

We enjoyed our king suite. Liked having 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a soaker tub! Bed was huge and comfy. Room was spacious, nice and clean!

staff were excellent.
Breakfast is not included and is way too expensive. It's the reason we won't return. As well the construction was extremely ugly and dusty, an entrance was locked without a sign, a malfunctioning elevator wasn't blocked and we and other guests were clunked around until we thankfully got off.
