I asked for an early check-in, and they were awesome about making it happen as fast as they could. Love the overall atmosphere! The room had plenty of space, and the pool and hot tubs were definitely a highlight. Having underground parking was a huge plus as well! Plus, a 12 PM check-out was such a treat—made the morning so relaxed. I would totally stay here again on my next trip to Edmonton.
Only two minor downsides: the weights in the fitness center were pretty beat up, and the breakfast area was completely full when we showed up around 9 AM, so we couldn’t find a place to sit.

Staff, most very friendly and accommodating.
Room was very comfortable.
Jennifer at front end was exceptional.
Pool area no towels.
Communication from morning staff to afternoon staff wasn't what we were told.
On last day only bed was made. No bathroom cleaning or towels etc. No coffee etc.
Had to call and request clean towels.
Wouldn't of stayed an extra day as this was very disappointing.

Every front desk agent we encountered was great, and the text requests were really convenient. We were upgraded to a King room, it was very spacious and there were plenty of towels. Bed and pillows were very comfy, everything worked in the room, and it was clean. Parking underground for free was nice.
The property is in major need of updates. The main doors were out of service so you had to walk to the smaller side door, which would be fine when it isn't winter and windy and you're trying to maneuver a luggage cart. Steam room and sauna were out of service, jets were out of service on the hot tub as well. There was an a la carte breakfast cafe but it was very minimal and no hot items available.
