Staff is exceptional. Tidy, very clean facility with excellent beds, linen, dining and spa.
Spa treatments are pricey

It was convenient to Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. The restaurants on site were exceptional and catered to solo diners. The room had great amenities, such as a refrigerator and microwave. I enjoyed the robe.
I was place in a first floor room, which was ok.

Clean & spacious rooms! The property is very warm & welcoming!
Beds were a bit too firm for our liking but that was the only negative.

Good size beds and clean.
Description of the Minibar was wrong. Only provides an empty mini refrigerator. Service Reception kept asking follow-up questions about what I expected from a minibar, by check-out. She thinks the fault lies with booking.com, not her issue.
