Fairmont Tremblant

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location.

The hotel’s location was excellent, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay fell short of our expectations. We had specifically requested a quiet room, yet both rooms overlooked the parking lot, and one was strangely located directly behind the elevator. We were woken up at dawn by a car alarm, followed by loud noises from the room above us early in the morning. A simple request for an extra blanket turned into an unnecessarily complicated process, requiring two visits to reception and several attempts by housekeeping. Breakfast was also disappointing considering the price. We were seated at an uncomfortable table right next to a busy doorway, and despite requesting another table, we were not moved. My omelette was not what I had ordered, and even a cappuccino was not included in the already expensive breakfast. Overall, while the hotel was not bad, the service felt somewhat disorganized, and several details were overlooked. We simply expected a more attentive and polished experience from a hotel of this standard.

Location, clean room, heated pool

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool (and heated section of the pool). The access to the village is also a bonus. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. We loved our stay and would come back!
