The location of the hotel and the view from the room were the standouts. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
One of the first hotels we have stayed in where you had to pay for water. Almost all the others we have stayed in provided complimentary bottles at lest when first checking in.
There were few places to sit and relax after checking out and waiting for a late flight.

Great location and loved exploring the local area. Highly recommend Joey's Shipyards on the waterfront for an evening sundowner or a meal. Very easy to cross on the ferry - just tap your credit/debit card in & out. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast.
I cannot believe you were actually charged for the WATER to drink in your room!!!! Have never come across that anywhere else - appalling!

Location was the best side of Vancouver. Comfortable bed. Breakfast competitively priced.
Lacked quality customer service. Didn't seem to care. Tired in places - wallpaper and carpets.
