Room was clean. Coffee available in the lobby every morning. It is a beautiful park like setting.
There was confusion with "Booking" I thought I had upgraded from a 2 queen bed to a 1 bedroom with pull out couch. for additional funds. Where we arrived we discovered there was no pull out couch. Rooms were scarce for the 3 night stay. Front desk staff were able to find a 2 queen bed room for additional charge in addition to the room upgrade.
The issue I believe was misinformation about the availability of a pull out couch. I thought I read pull out couch. So important for future to make sure upgrade information is accurate.

It was quaint, clean, and quiet.
Noisy in the morning with leafblowing and landscaping outdoors.
Not sure why they needed a deposit on top when the room was already paid through the Booking app?

I had oatmeal a couple times for breakfast, great!
I was surprised that I had two flights of stairs to go up and down (didn't expect that and it followed on a hospital stay)... the maid kept giving me decaf coffee, really didn't like that!
