Best Western North Attleboro - Providence Beltway

The breakfast was below average for the needs of someone on the go. Not much to take and snack on as I drove away. (ex: No bananas.) Dine in options were limited mainly to cereal from dispensers, and other selections further reduced by something being out of order. I rated the facility as meeting my expectations, because I don't have super high expectations when staying somewhere for $130 a night in this economy. It was clean enough, just missed the mark in ways that would be pretty easy to do better.

I was given a room that was set up for handicap accessible, yet there were items in the hallway of the room between the entry door and the bedroom area, that made it difficult to walk through. A wheelchair would not have fit through that narrowed space without someone removing a bench and moving a fridge. It was also strange that the desk chair didn't even fit under the desk because of the tall arms on the chair, so the chair was sticking out so far that it basically blocked being able to walk past the foot of the bed. THESE would have been SIMPLE FIXES, moving the fridge and the bench, and using a desk chair without tall arm rests, so it could fit under the desk and not be in the way. I stubbed my toes on the legs of the bench that was in the hallway to the bathroom as I tried to navigate between the bench and the fridge. I ended up moving the bench into the giant bathroom that had lots and lots of room. Why didn't the staff bother to do the obvious and move things that were in the way? Doesn't the manager visit the rooms? The wall ventilator unit ran almost continuously. If I weren't so tired, it would have kept me up.

Easy for us to get around. Lots of restaurants and stores close by.

The bed was very uncomfortable and no mattress pad available at the hotel.

Room was huge

Needs updates, a little dark! Pillows were AWFUL, had to go to nearest store and buy my own and then just had to throw them away when left to fly.

I did not eat breakfast. The location did not appear to be the best .

The carpet and the common areas was dated.
