The location - just in a heart of Newport historical place. Literally 2 steps to everything. Very cute room. Very authentic
Actually nothing. But if you have big luggage there is no elevator and there’s stairs where you should lift up your luggage

It was centrally located. The free breakfast was outstanding.
It would have been nice to know that the property didn’t have an elevator

Excellent breakfast with broad selection of items. The afternoon tea was delightful and a welcome respite.
WiFi was spotty to non-existent on upper floors. We should have been informed there is no elevator. ALL parking, whether street or lot was metered or pay by plate.
