Perfect location and walkable to everything. We walked upper and lower city, Plaines de Abraham, Parliament and so many great restaurants. would highly recommend booking parking through Le Clos, so easy and close. Room was spacious and loved opening the windows to hear the activity below. Room waa a bit warm at times but bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom was a bit odd, but nothing to complain about.

The location, in the heart of Old Quebec, is fabulous. The staff, with whom I communicated about a number of issues by text and by phone, was very responsive, but I should have had to contact them so many times. Unfair for the staff to have to clean up what is a management issue.
I had requested a room on the top floor in the back of the hotel. When I got there, I was put into a room on the noisy front of the hotel. The staff was able to move me to the back of the hotel after two nights, so I had two and two, front and back. Also, the WiFi in the room in front was very weak. I complained about it several times. Both rooms were very dim. They need better lighting.
