The location and convenience
It was average with no room service

Clean. Had restaurant, pub and hot tub on site

Great location, close to shops, restaurants. Easy walk to everything. Across the road from the beautiful train station. Perfect location for our family to enjoy the sights of town.
Parking was brutal even for a tourist town. The hotel has very limited guest parking and only 2 spaces for drop off/pick up of passengers. Needed to walk a few blocks to drop the car after delivering luggage and passengers to the hotel.

Great Italian restaurant on premise. Desk staff were wonderful.
It was rundown. Needed freshening.
