The breakfast once we got, it was good, but the service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes to get a cuppa coffee. I think they were understaffed.

The room was much bigger than I expected, the bed was comfortable.
The size of the walk in shower.
The view from the room, it looked straight onto a very sad RV park, no trees, no grass. Not a great view at all.
The restaurant and pub close at 9. If you arrive on the 8pm ferry, there is no way you will make it to the hotel in time for a meal or a drink.
The staff seemed tired.
