Cool place to stay despite the high number of homeless individuals in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, especially because of the numerous restaurants close by and the reasonable walking distance to downtown. I found it a bit pricey for what it offers, but I believe that is simply the average for Portland.
The room lacked a refrigerator, and having the ice machine located all the way down in the underground parking lot was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were wonderful!
I wish they would have had a vending machine for soda.

The location was great . It was close to family and walkable to fantastic restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable .
The additional 40.00 and 20.00 destination fee seemed steep for the type of hotel, maybe lower the cost of the room? The TV gad some sort of glitch that they tried to fix. Loud music and vibration coming from outside. You can hear the people walking in room above.
