Plaza Beach Hotel - Beachfront Resort

Small and quaint and very easy to access all the cute amenities.

It was awesome

We booked this property as an emergency because the hotel our tour operator booked for us was absolutely shocking. So we managed to get a room here at the Plaza Beach front. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and gave us a better room than we had booked. It was a comfortable stay and on the cheaper side of most other places. The beds were very soft which played havoc with my back but that’s a healthcare issue rather than a hotel issue, and I noticed when travelling in Florida, the beds were mostly all soft mattresses. The bedding was clean and comfortable and extra pillows were provided. The towels were fresh and clean, if a little small. The free gift was a great shout and we managed to get the mugs back home to England in one piece! The pool was nice and deep too, but we didn’t use it much due to our short overnight stay. The kids had a dip in it though and loved it. The beach was pretty amazing! We caught our first Floridian sunset sat on St Petersburg beach and it was superb!

Nothing - it was a great budget option and I’m glad we stayed there because the staff really were so kind to us after a harrowing experience at another hotel close by. Friendly faces and welcoming attitudes really made the difference. Thank you ladies!

Good location clean comfortable beds.

The bathroom shower is tub type if you're 6 foot tall it's hard because of height of shower head.
