100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The staff was AMAZING! Especially the front office! Super accommodating, friendly and great service! I am traveling from CA to TX with my service animals and a broken leg and they were so great, I even booked two more nights for us all to rest. Everything was so clean, quiet, comfy bed and a much needed reprieve from traveling. Pet friendly, affordable and SAFE. For work or just passing through Phoenix, I’m more than satisfied!
This probably sounds fake! But honestly, I don’t have any. I was more than pleasantly surprised :) management was so sweet to me and my fur babies!

Staff was VERY kind and professional, the room was VERY clean and spacious with lots of desk space, full size refrigerator (with fast ice maker) and plenty of plates, cups, paper towels, etc..
Most of all, the WIFI was incredibly fast. I was shocked.
If there were USB charging ports in the room, they were incredibly well hidden. They should be on the bedside lamps, or on the business desk system.
The side door has to be propped open with a rock (so anyone can enter the room area hallways) because the card reader doesn't work.
While the rooms are spotless, the hallways and elevator could be much cleaner. It's not a good first impression.
