Spacious room, good amenities, convenient airport shuttle, friendly staff
Pillows and bed could have been comfier, parking lot sounds were quite loud. (a car alarm went off many times)

Staff were polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice with a nice view. Nice looking bathroom and amenities. Personal greeting on the TV was a nice touch. Dining was great, I opted for a small meal and chose the hamburger which was delicious. Dry Ginger Ale drink was very refreshing.
The air conditioning fan could not be switched off. It ran on low speed all night. Was reported, hopefully it's been fixed.

The Bed it was the most comfortable I ever had in a Hotel 😃
Food not so great I sent back breakfast I order off the menu it was greasy and a side was missing .

It was convenient and close to the airport with a shuttle service. Room was nice. It had a very small pool.
I had requested distilled water for a CPAP machine. I received a confirmation email saying that they could meet my request. Upon getting to the hotel, they told me they didn’t have the water and weren’t able to help me. Considering all the posted signage saying they will always make things right. It seemed like they didn’t care at all.
