This is a lovely hotel close to the famous Train Street and Old Quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are immaculate, cool and quiet - ideal for a stay in the heaving busyness of Hanoi. With all of our endless requests and enquiries being met by the wonderful staff. Foremost amongst these was Andrew, brilliant.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Hanoi, the most helpful and accommodating staff, and everything there you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi and we would 100% stay again. Thank you Hanoian for a lovely stay.

We stayed a few days at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa in Hanoi, perfeftly located in the buzzling old quarter. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse and Tiffany always made us feel welcome and well taken care off.

The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is ideally located in the Old Quarter and the rooms are lovely. We ate in the Bell Pepper restaurant one evening food and staff were fantastic. We were able to leave our luggage here whilst we travelled elsewhere which was very convenient. The staff took the time to know your names and could not be more helpful in particular Jack the Concierge.
