Courtland Grand Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This hotel was an unexpected treat. This was my first time in Atlanta. I wanted an affordable hotel in downtown Atlanta. I chose a gem. The Courtland Grand Hotel was a wonderful place to experience. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The breakfast servers were amazing. The pool area was beautiful. The restaurant/bar served the most delicious meals. The bartender/waiter was so kind and attentive to all of his customers. I couldn’t wait until my next meal. I traveled alone yet I felt safe because the security team was on the ball. They were welcoming and made me feel safe. This hotel made my first stay in Atlanta a wonderful experience! I will most definitely stay there again when I have the chance to visit this amazing city in the future.

Clean, beautiful, large room, staff, convenience to my conference, and outstanding staff - valet, front desk, food service, housekeeping - everyone was a joy to interact with.

Not the hotel's fault, but there was street racing outside the hotel between 1 & 2 am, Saturday morning. That woke several people up, but it did just last an hour.

Great location - wonderful stay

The pool and pool side rooms were great.

Poor customer service. Alot of hidden fees. Ridiculous wait times for valet for $60 a day. Not handicap friendly.
