Days Inn by Wyndham Budd Lake

The location was perfect for my visit. The staff was extremely friendly from start to finish.

All was god. No complaints.

I liked that it was clean, I liked that it had a working air conditioner, and a good size TV, and well maintained outside property. The door exits were close by the parking areas as well.

I didn't like the smell of the room due to the pipe slightly protruding from the wall which I'm assuming was connected to their sewage system on the first floor rooms? Not sure.Their breakfast is not really good, just bread, cereal, oatmeal primarily, they only serve it for 3 hours, the coffee is not even 24/7 which is insane given the hotels price point. The manager was kinda rude and disrespectful, and to me doesn't exactly take the guests feelings into consideration or issues, literally claiming a guest only "Liked things easy" because the first two nights the manager was being asked questions about the breakfast, trying to get coffee past their breakfast hours and bugging him for things like hand towels, wash cloths or toilet paper (god forbid), and accidentally thought their dumpster tipped over when it did not. Beds were uncomfortable, and the blanket/comforters were not changed the entire time we were there. But the sheets and pillow cases were, doesn't make a ton of sense to me. I even asked for the blankets to be changed by the cleaners, I was told no. Bed spread also not changed. Linens were stained/discolored.
