We liked the included breakfast which we assumed would be a standard continental breakfast but it was a mini high tea style one which was a nice surprise. Beds were quite comfy and we enjoyed the separate sitting area in our suite. Great location and beautiful heritage home.
Room cleanliness could be a bit better but it is a heritage property. Stairs to get up to rooms were very steep and may not be suitable for older people. Again it is a heritage property and this is not something they can change but just to be aware.

Free parking, quaint look, large room, breakfast, attentive staff, walking distance to the harbour.
Lack of a stand up shower, air con and lift (but expected due to the age). The bed was too hard and not comfy for me. Missing a residents lounge to get a pre-dinner drink / nightcap.

If you like older properties with character this old inn is pretty cool. The location is good and the breakfast is outstanding.
While the location is good major construction nearby provides constant noise. We also found a mousetrap under our bed which was not pleasant.
