Easy to find parking and great central location

Nothing to dislike

Female desk and breakfast staff helpful. Breakfast was good enough, self serve of items from 07-0900 hours. Coffee by the front desk all day/ evening Requested room on upper floor ( felt safer as a solo), and given. Room large, clean, had working microwave and fridge, no kettle or coffeemaker, and basically no dishes for those who count on them, hairdryer worked, large TV, with non working remote but was manually operational. Beds comfortable, outside staircases and areas definitely run down. Parking OK

Everything was adequate for a night, and there were several restaurants to choose from, within walking distance

The room was clean

The fact that they didn't advertise that the pool was under construction and we had a very big soft spot in front of the tub that was ready to fall threw.....

The shower water got warm enough with a fairly decent pressure flow rate. The eggo-like waffles were fine when heated enough in the toaster. Yogurt in the fridge was good. Good access to hwy. Convenient to get to and from Paramount theater downtown. Close enough to Costco for gas and supplies.

Would have liked a little fruit ( understand that yes it is very expensive) Also maybe bagels or croissants or something other than white bread. More selection of spreads ( pb or raspberry jam only). Bed was comfortable enough except it seemed to vibrate occasionally ( is there a generator room below 228). Perhaps herbal teas for people who don't drink coffee. THERE WAS NO DOOR LOCK BAR LATCH. Looked like it had been broken off quite a while ago. Bathtub floor very slippery. Should have something inside to prevent falling.
