Great location, clean and comfy.
It was super cold. 0 degrees outside and the heating not working, which seemed like known by the staff. After telling the staff the third time, we finally received a portable heater. Thanks to the gentlemen working the evening shift on our second day.

I thought the location was great for my needs on this business trip. Close to the conference venue and all the amenities I needed. Even got to check out some great location restaurants.
My room was a little dark and the gym door was stuck for a lot of the visit. The staff were kind enough to let me in and out of the gym but yes, it stuck in a way I couldn't open.

Very central to the event I was attending.
The hotel feels old and dark. It could be so much more inviting. The lobby looked full of people with suitcases, etc. Not very inviting. Some touches here and there would make your hotel fresher.

i didn't know that my room would have doors to other rooms in it. It's fine that they were locked but wasn't exactly what I was expecting and there was no mention of that or reference in picutres when I booked. There was also sticky residue on the wall when I arrived.
The thermostat was also broken so i couldn't adjust the temperature.
