Nice, clean room.. Welcoming atmosphere. Good location near Metro.Good breakfast. Secure parking.
A minor detail - a shortcut out the back would eliminate a walk around the block towards the Metro.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very modern, and the bed was comfortable. It was a little too far to walk to downtown Montreal, but I did drive there and one night took and Uber for $10, as its fairly close to the city. The breakfast was stellar with muffins, croissants, yogurt, and fruit. And who doesn't like free coffee? On-site parking was easy too, which was a big plus for me when booking the room since I was driving a rental car from the USA.
I didn't find a fitness center, but I didn't look very hard, maybe it was there.
