The location

The Front Desk not telling you the Ice that only one elevator and Ice machine is working. Before you proceed to your room. Finding out on your own is a negative when it simply comes to communication. If you let people know up front it bares the brunt or need for people to come to the front desk to find out why something is not working when they could have been informed "before" they went to their floor for Ice or using both elevator when you have a large party.

Close to stadium. Not close enough to walk

Seems very dirty. Walls were patched and not painted. Room seemed minimally clean. Elevator and lobby were dirty Not one of the cleanest Hampton’s I’ve stayed in

Bed was comfortable

Price was too high poor lighting 3 bulbs were out

Relative proximity to our event that evening and next morning at a lower cost than other options.

Their key system had been knocked out by storm so they could not make our keys. App also would not work for digital keys. Only one elevator worked and it made loud clanging sounds when operating. Staff had to walk us to room to let us in and said, “It’s done that for years”. Not very comforting as we were literally just stuck in an elevator a week ago at the airport. Carpet gaps/pieces missing in main hall. Also a little challenging getting in and out with traffic as it is close to busy intersection.
