Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta-Galleria

It was a one day trip from Nashville to see a Braves baseball game. The hotel was walkable to the stadium which was a huge benefit. The hotel itself was clean has adequate parking and all of the employees were friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

I liked the coffee, tea, and various food options. I also liked the bed and TV. :3

My only complaint is that it took a while for someone to come to the front desk to aid me with the check in process, and nobody was at the front desk when I checked out. Not a huge complaint, but it was certainly eerie. I would suggest a bell for the front desk, so that service members in the back can hear that a guest needs help!

Hampton Inn Atlanta Richard and Alton at the front desk are a prime example of the word exceptional. From checking us in promptly to being extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their pleasant attitudes and genuine kindness made us feel welcomed and cared for, almost like family. People like Richard and Alton are what make a hotel stand out, and they truly made our trip more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back to Hampton Inn Atlanta and seeing them again. Thank you, Richard and Alton, for making our stay so special!
