The hotel clerk asked for my ID during check in. He then forgot to return it. A short while later, he called, apologized and then (in a nice gesture) personally walked all the way to my room (a considerable distance) and returned it.
Also, accommodating despite my late arrival ~11pm). And, in rear, a peaceful view of the woods, with leaves changing colors.
1) The shower valve was extremely loose and thus difficult to operate. 2) Traces of old mold in several room corners. 3) I was assigned an upstairs room a long way from entrance even though I'm handicapped. 4) People loitering in parking lot at midnight.

The was comfortable
Door didn't shut properly. Room wasn't that clean and is massively outdated. Luckily I was only spending one night here.

"The parking lot was extensive, with a drive up ramp to the front door. The restaurant across the street was good and easy to get to. The bathrooms are great."
