The room was clean, comfortable, and fragrance free (as requested). I liked that it had a microwave, the heat could be controlled in the room, and the view from the balcony was great.
No complaints.

Renovated rooms, comfortable with fridge and microwave! Loved the balcony and the sliding door to listen to the waves! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Restaurants, famous bakery and stores are walking distance but be prepared for the hill. Hospital is also walking distance!
Very minimal: I like a cold room and AC was hard to get, it was intermittent for short periods of time (probably because it was cold outside). No big deal!

Elevator was out of service and we had to climb stairs every time with luggage and baby

Marginal view from the 4th floor, overlooking the roof of the restaurant. A higher floor would be much better view. Restaurant was pretty good, reasonably good value.
Limited view, a disgusting Monster drink can left on the lanai that someone had used for an ashtray.
