Good value. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding: many protein options, including hot food, attentive staff available at the buffet

2 storey, no elevator

The beds were nice, rooms clean. Soaps and shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer and iron where appreciated. Parking lot was nice, grounds taken care of- but no light on sign at night, almost drove past- too dark.

No elevator. Then when I asked for a ground floor as i had a lot to carry and I’m a senior, she looked for a room, then when I said yes, she then tells me three is a $21 up charge for ground floor. Then when I agree to that she changes it to $42 because I’m there two nights. She knew I was there for two nights, why wouldn’t you start with that. Getting information from her was like pulling teeth. Reception was deadpan. Didn’t explain things properly. I had to ask everything to find out what I needed. No extra info given to me- not even when breakfast was. Pointed to the sign. When leaving other receptionist was on a FaceTime call on the computer to family and friends. And why would you have the floors mopped just before 11 am when most people are checking out and now have to very carefully walk on wet tile floors to not slip and fall. Putting up wet floor signs don’t help the matter, kids don’t read those until after the fact, by then they are already running across wet floors. The floors make so much noise in the hallway and in the rooms. Sounds like elephants. You can hear everything through the doors. There were people yelling in their rooms and hallway at 1 am and started up again at 6 am- no one did anything about it.
