The location was great right in the heart of Kennebunkport within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The included breakfast with made to order waffles was great!
We stayed in room 104 and the room needs to be updated. The A/C did not maintain the temperature. The hotel in general could use updating and remodeling.
