Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay! The place felt very homey, cozy, and warm, which made it really easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect for exploring the Volcano area, and being so close was a big plus for us. We even went back to the area at night to see the stars and the volcano lookout, which was an amazing experience. The hosts were absolutely wonderful - very kind, helpful, and responsive whenever we had a question. The place had everything we needed, including a nice TV, the amazing bathtub and overall it was a really comfortable and pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, clean, friendly staff close to everything great facilities

The only one thing were the pillows, flat as a pancake even sleeping with two together made no difference. I had to sleep with my airplane neck pillow for neck support

The property was clean, the staff were all very friendly, and plenty to do (and food options) on property. Also many things to do nearby within walking distance. The $65 per day resort credit was an amazing added touch. We had an incredible view from our room in Tapa Tower, and the room was huge. Amazing fireworks show on Friday night as well!

Check in time had a long line and didn’t appear to have enough staff. We waited an hour to check in, and the line continued to grow behind us. When we walked by the next day we saw that the check in line was wrapped around off to the other side.

Reasonable location with excellent views

Arrived very early but was advised that could access room until 4 (which i understood and fine with that). Was contactacted after 4 to advise that key needed to be reprogrammed. Had to wait almost an hour for this to receive attention
