Location was great, easy to get everywhere on foot with the bonus of a waterfront view.
Big bed (maybe too big for the room size) but comfortable with decent bedding. Not much storage for clothes, just a coat stand and a drawer.
Plenty of hot water at a good pressure and enough space in the bathroom to spread the toiletries and wash bags out.
Staff were friendly on our rare interactions. Parking was easy and there were enough spaces. It was easy to find breakfast locally.
Instead of a bedside table there was a soft furnished chair, which was annoying as there was nowhere for my water; clock or phone at night.

Location, good bathroom , great view on the bay.
Rough on the edges around the property, expensive for what it was for a mid week stay ,, needs maintenance all in all.
