Clean, updated hotel right on the water. Trio restaurant was excellent. They left a little anniversary gift in our room which was very sweet-Thank you.
We upgraded $30 to a suite and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very warm but Luckily there was a fan in the closet. Comping the upgrade fee would have been nice.
The bathtub/shower needs an upgrade, otherwise lovely room.

The room did not have carpet so it was great for accessibility. Trying to pitch hotter lift or wheelchair on carpet is difficult

The rooms are well up kept. Very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient, in walking distance to all the main things you would need while in Sydney.
I have stayed here many times, this time however the price was increased by a lot and you now have to pay 15$ for parking on top of already paying for the room and not having any sort of breakfast included. One would automatically, reasonably assume that parking would be included during your stay when you’re already paying so much to stay there.
