Auberge La Marmite

Cleanliness, Most helpful, courteous, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Charming and cozy spot to stay in the Malbaie. The food was excellent! Would strongly recommend the tasting menu in the evening.

Location was excellent in La Malbaie (which is a very small town). We were on the river. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very friendly.

our first night there happened to be a birthday party in the restaurant downstairs. It was quite noisy until 11 pm. the other night it was very quiet. I don't think parties are normal, but we were not expecting this. it could be helpful to point out that there is a restaurant connected to the lodging and let people know if there is a planned event that may be noisy. also suggest letting people know on the website that certain sized rooms do not come with showers (ours had one, but we didn't know that some rooms didn't have one until after the booking). Overall, very nice place and would stay there again.

Old fashioned inn, great views of river, br good breakfast

Road noise right below windows made sleep difficult.
