Location was terrific
Decor did not match online photos; was not a Victorian interior (not tastefully done - mismatched furniture)

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable with good linens. Breakfasts were huge! Everything was very clean and the location was perfect.
The rooms on the top floor are in need of a renovation and fresh paint job.

Location is wonderful. Access to coffee and tea and snacks is lovely. Room was clean, but a little outdated.
We were told to press buzzer for assistance and someone would come when necessary....after about 45 minutes of various button pushing, a note left on front counter, I finally was able to snag a person in the hallway to help. Our TV wasn't set up in such a way to view, and for $300 if we want to watch TV then we should be able to. But the lack of assistance was the real issue. The rooms are not very soundproof...as in an old building sort of way. And the pillows are like little flat pieces of stiff foam...very strange.
