Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

A great hotel choice if you’re seeing a concert at Kia Center! It’s walking distance from the venue, close to restaurants and bars, and has an easily accessible parking area. The staff was super friendly and the complimentary happy hour drinks and hotel breakfast were great perks.

The building was slightly dated but clean overall!

Location, complimentary breakfast and beverages, the accommodations, staff.

I liked everything. It’s a little expensive.

I prefer Embassy Suites because of the spacious rooms with a door that closes between the living and sleeping areas as well as the full made-to-order breakfast. I also appreciate the beauty of the hotel with the atrium.

There were a couple of cleanliness issues in the room. Nothing major except that housekeeping needs to be exceptionally thorough. We found a bottle cap near the foot of the bed. Also, while the bathroom was clean. There were quite a few hairs on the ceiling. And some mold growth behind the cleaning bottles in the shower. Finally my son was offended by one of the buffet workers. He was having trouble working the waffle maker and the attendant asked him “if he was a baby”. My son didn’t care for that.

The room was amazing.

The location made it very loud late at night. We were given one wash cloth for our two night stay. When I asked for more than one they said they would have them right up and they never came.
