The body of parking is atrocious!! Everything else about my stay was amazing. Breakfast was great and the best I’ve ever had as an included option.
The pool towel size and material. Cheap. And cost to park your vehicle. $75/night is nearly the cost of a room elsewhere. Maybe $75/stay a I get it. A captive airforce with little alternative options…$$$

The room was more spacious than I expected and was nicely stocked with extra blankets and towels. The breakfast took us by surprise! It was certainly more grand than many hotels offer: a full buffet, cooked to order omelets, and fresh fruit!
The complementary cocktail hour was an enjoyable way to become familiarized to the facility, but the cocktails themselves lacked any flavor. This was in direct contrast to the drinks we paid for which were full of flavor, especially the chocolate martini my husband had to go with his birthday dessert.

The location was good. It was nice to have a restaurant and breakfast daily. When I called for towels and toilet paper they delivered.
The snack area was over priced. Six dollars a bottle for water is crazy. Valet was over priced and short staffed plus no parking for valet and to load and unload. It’s chaotic. We decided to find our own parking garage.

I didn’t like the way how the valet people denied hitting my truck. They brought my truck out to me and scratched both of my passenger side doors. Security was rude, valet people tried denying the situation and now I am going through my insurance company to go after the valet company because the Hilton property uses a 3rd party valet company as do most places use.
