The whole experience was one of excellence coupled with an air of courtesy and confidence from the staff that is a credit to the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Absolutely outstanding.

Comfortable bed and the wireless chargers on the side table are a great addition. Spacious room was comfortable.

Smelly corridor to our room, dirty carpet on the floor too. The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. After reporting this with clear instructions about a sticky night table full of stains and dust in the closet, only the closet was cleaned. The staff was indifferent to all comments, uncommitted and uninterested in their guests. Very slow service at the bar. Very cheap approach, you get 40 dollars per person for breakfast and during our 3 night stay we went to breakfast once together and one time just one person. They decided that although we didn't use 120 dollars of credit they should charge us 19 dollars of going over the 80 dollar amount on the first day... this is in a holler thats 1200 dollars per night... this was the second and last rosewood we stayed at after a terrible experience in Hong Kong as well. This chain is just a rip off not real luxury.
