Breakfast, staff was friendly
I was charged multiple times on my credit card and had to call to have that taken care of. It is an inconvenience for sure.

We had the 2 Queen bed and livingroom suite. 2 full bathrooms. Room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were good. Plenty of towels. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower (I always bring my own anyway) and lotion dispenser. It's packaged bar soap. Breakfast was included. Super!!! There was bacon, eggs, sausage, fresh cooked waffles, bagels, donuts, cereal, toast, muffins, fresh fruit! Overall, it was a pleasant stay! Will definitely book again!

Location is excellent. Right by the tunnel, close to Caesar’s.
Lots of random people/kids hanging out outside.

Pictures look beautiful. Location and surroundings, including residents of hotel, scary. Did not feel safe.
