Always a pleasure to stay here! A big thank you to everyone at Crystal Springs! This is a favourite place of ours in Radium Hot Springs, and we always feel comfortable coming back. It may be an older property, but it is clean, welcoming and well cared for. The bed linen was fresh and clean, and there were plenty of very clean towels. The shower was spotless, and I especially appreciated the handheld showerhead with a hose—it made showering so much easier and more comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was lovely, just as it has been on our previous visits. Thank you for another comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back!

The family room with 2 bedrooms and a common area to share

They kitchen did not have any dishes or really anything to use it and the counter stuck out into the living area making it hard to access the room itself. The sofa had not been vacuumed. Yucky crumbs all over.
