Room was clean and that to me, is most important.
The hotel was dated, but is in the process of renovations. Beds and pillows need to be upgraded, usually I have a hard time sleeping in any hotel the first night but even with a two night stay I couldn't get used to the uncomfortable bed or weird pillows.

comfort/cleanliness
Breakfasts took forever - they were great what they arrived, but the process was long! Just make the breakfasts for EVERY day a buffet.
Also, to charge phone/computer, I had to pull out lamps since there were no unused outlets in the room. Maybe just get a lamp for the desk that has outlets like other hotels do.

Everything was great. It was comfortable clean. The staff was good. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good in the morning for breakfast.
The only thing we didn’t like was my husband tried to have a bath and the plug for the bathtub didn’t work. It didn’t fit so he couldn’t have a bath had to have a shower, which she wasn’t pleased with.

Beds and pillows were comfortable and and the hotel in general very clean plus the meal included was ok in the restaurant.
The hotel is dated, especially in the rooms. The bathroom and tub enclosures are rough and dated and the shower head we had was lousy.
