Right down town. Amazing location. Heritage building with lots of character. Clean , modern. Nice finishes. Nice linens. Comfortable bed.
Parking is beside the hotel in a public parkade which felt a little sketchy.. but not too bad.

Great staff, went above and beyond for our anniversary stay. The location can't be beat for hanging out on Whyte ave with lots of amazing food, cafes, and stores around.
It's a little loud with the bar downstairs. I expect it being on Whyte so it's not a big deal to me but be aware. Also you have to reach across the shower to turn it on and I hate that.

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly & welcoming
Hotel only provide 2 towels. We didn't discover that till after 7 pm. We asked for more & were told there weren't any available until morning when we could come down to front desk & get some!?
We didn't have vouchers for breakfast & they only offered a buffet. We only wanted a muffin & coffee so eating at their restaurant wasn't an option.

Location, vibe and the room was clean and comfortable.
When I arrived, the front desk person was indiffernt and a little condescending.
not what I expected from a place I have stayed many times.
We could hear people talking in the room beside us until 1:30am. They weren't talking loud.
