Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion

Good location with convenient underground connection to Washington Metro. Reliable Hilton standard quality stay for business (my wife) or leisure (me!). I enjoy the extra space afforded by the extra suite room.

The property was beautiful and located in a great neighborhood. It was also very convenient, with easy access to the Metro, making it simple to get around. The front desk staff were consistently pleasant, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast experience was excellent as well, from the quality of the food to the friendliness and service of the staff. The Arcade on the first level kept the kids entertained. Overall, we had a very positive experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

The ONLY thing we didn’t like about this property was the beds. My wife and I found them extremely uncomfortable. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but the beds in our room were much too soft and felt like there was a noticeable dip or indentation in the mattress. Aside from the beds, we had a great experience with the property.

The complimentary Breakfast was a highlight and I actually met some nice people that were there visiting as well. We had a late check-in but the staff was there ready and present very polite helpful and friendly welcoming to my family (we had a wheel chair and additional disabled person) greeted with a smile and above and beyond customer service from David that night but it didn’t end there the next morning the staff was even more friendly and helpful all throughout the facility from housekeeping to restaurant staff it was amazing for my family

The only working ice machine was on the 8th floor and we were on the 5th floor and it seems like a lot renovations were being done but the staff was well aware and relayed the information we didn’t have to figure it out on our own so it was a plus but still not good for the overall facility (the staff worked with what they had

spacious room ! complimentary breakfast and happy hour!!!
