Nice selection of favorite breakfast items in the NRG cafe. . Fresh and tasty, appealingly presented. The grits with cheese was a welcome surprise!
Your desk clerk in the evening ( I checked in at 10:30 pm) was very helpful , there was a lot going on apparently, lots of people waiting for help at the desk for that late hour, but she ( I think her name was Maureen) kept her cool and handled each guest effectively. A good staffer!
The room was generously sized, quiet, and clean. Good mattress and comforter.
I thought I was going to get double points for my stay, due to an email I had gotten from Hilton and I opted in to the Double Points promo as a Gold Honors member. But I was very disappointed to find out that I would not get the Double points because I had made my reservation through Booking.com. Is there any way that can be adjusted?

Nice property
Our AC in our room didn’t work - took us 2x to call front desk to have engineer come fix and he wasn’t able to solve the problem so they gave us a fan as an alternative.

Spacious smells great amazing staff Bella at front desk.
The nearest elevator to my room was down but i took the walk and stair as cardio.

The location
It was a maze.. long walk through many dark hallways to the elevator. It was noisy. Plus had to $46 to park for 1 night!!!
