The location and the stuff
The parking lot was full and had to look for parking for too long. There was an event and those people were very loud in the hallway on what felt like the entire night did not get a rest .

The breakfast was a great component of the stay. The room was well kept.
The price was a little excessive even in using one of the booking websites.

Clean
I had to keep asking for basic items like towels. TV was not up to date. It’s was definitely for a business person who just wants a clean place to lay down. Not a place for children.
