Great location to walk along the water; nice restaurants nearby and close to the CAT ferry (Bar Harbor to Yarmouth). Nice helpful staff.

Location was perfect to board the CAT Ferry the next morning. Hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly.
The facility in general is a little run-down. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, as we both rolled towards the middle during the night. Also trying to sit on the bed to watch TV resulted in the bed rolling away from the wall, as it was not attached to the head board. There is not enough parking for the capacity of the hotel.
