Bed was very comfortable and looked very clean.
Appreciate the white linens and the removable comfortable cover.
Got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with my 4 ear old granddaughter. A bit scary but all ended up safe.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel, mostly because the pool is the best hotel pool we’ve ever stayed at. Between the waterslides and the little kid area, the entire family has fun. Plus, it’s the warmest pool ever…. That’s my favourite part, though it didn’t seem quite as warm this time.
I try to reduce waste and costs by using a reusable water bottle. I didn’t like that I wasn’t allowed to bring it into the pool area because it’s a metal one you can’t see through …. I get very thirsty when swimming so I had to keep going through the doors to drink water. I gladly would have opened it to prove it was water. This was quite disappointing as a hotel guest.

The water park is cool
First when i stepped in the receiving area smells like there’s pee smell in the place and the restroom doesn’t smell good as well
