Very well located. Clean and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was very good every morning.
The couch was not very comfortable.

Location, we were able to run to south Boulder creek which was flat and gravel so easy on the joints.
They allow pets and it seemed like everyone around had a pet.there was a large dog right next door that was barking like crazy. Fortunately about the time we were going to complain someone must have come there to settle it.that dog got another barking also. I like dogs but definitely not loud barking right next door. I think the hotel needs a good policy for such an issue.

Great breakfast, nice pool area, large room. Nice staff, quick to engage.
The poolwater was unreasonably cold. The furniture in the sitting area had no pillows, so we had to use the bed pillows to sit somewhat comfortable. The rooms could use some TLC (carpets were fraying, TV/outdated channel guide).

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.
The road noise was so loud, I thought the windows were open, but they were closed. I did not sleep at all.
