The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade without asking. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to North Market.
It was slightly noisy but that could be expected for downtown. It didn’t interfere with sleeping.

Air conditioning in the rooms are like sitting with a locomotive and hit running all night or a diesel engine. It was horrible no sleep whatsoever.
