Spark by Hilton Colorado Springs I 25 Central

It was very accommodating... Offered several choices , maybe offer more fruit, better bananas

I think the facilities could be updated... My bathroom tub water went down slow and you could see the bathroom structure could use maintenance like base board still had corking residue, bathtub want changed probably, A/C in need of repair, hallway rugs should be replaced, maybe add a little more decor on hallway walls, aesthetic is kinda gloomy. It should be noted on line about additional money needed when checking in. This may cause unsure stress to a person or family if they do not have the additional fee when they are unaware. The person who checked me in was too grumpy to be at the desk. Not friendly at all

It was very easy to get to! Being right by the interstate was nice.

It was very basic for what I paid, no grand breakfast, pretty simple. Felt the rooms needed some updating. I didn’t have an outlet on my side of the bed.

Breakfast was adequate. Friendly staff
